WINTER SEASON – In Campo Internacional, just a few meters from Holiday World Maspalomas, you will find the Sonora Golf complex.

Our bungalow has been fully renovated and is located on a spacious plot with a garden. It has 2 bedrooms: one on the ground floor and the second in the attic with an open-plan concept. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

The kitchen is fully equipped with basic appliances and also includes an oven and a dishwasher. The living room, main bedroom, and bathroom are located on the ground floor.

In the attic, accessed by stairs, there are two areas: one with two 90 cm single beds and another with a sofa bed.

The outdoor area features an approximately 120 m² garden, offering a sunbed area, a terrace, and perfect orientation to enjoy sunshine all day, including the afternoon.

The property includes Wi-Fi (fiber optic), international TV channels, and a safe.

The communal areas include a swimming pool, volleyball court, dining area, multi-sport court, and green areas.

Pets are not allowed.

Rental conditions: (Available from October 1st to April 30th) Minimum stay: 5 months

1 month deposit.

1 month agency fee or proportional part + IGIC (taxes)

Electricity, Wi-Fi, and international TV channels are included in the price. Water costs are not included.
