The complex has a multi-sports court (including tennis) and a newly renovated wonderful adult pool as well as a children's pool.

• 1 month's real estate agency fee plus IGIC (Canary Islands VAT), or the proportional amount for shorter rental periods.
• Water, electricity and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. The monthly limit for water and electricity consumption is €100.
• Payment terms: Rent payable in advance.
